The Chesapeake Regional Healthcare Mobile Clinic expands access to screenings, chronic-disease follow-up, and referrals in neighborhoods where transportation, time, or trust are barriers. In partnership with Chesapeake Regional Healthcare and the Rotary Club of Chesapeake, the mobile unit serves residents across Chesapeake and parts of Northeastern North Carolina.

Blood pressure, A1C/glucose, and risk screenings with on-the-spot education.
Direct linkage to HUB coaching, Food-as-Medicine resources, and primary care.
Co-hosted events with city, library, faith, and school partners for trusted access.

Chronic conditions don’t wait for appointments. Bringing care closer increases early detection, supports disease control, and reduces avoidable ED use—especially when paired with nutrition and social-needs support.
